Introducing a very special treaty written by a very unspecial person:

The "Multi-Coloured Right Handed Headless Chicken" pact.

A Random Insanity Alliance - Union of Integrated National Entities PIAT/ODP

Preamble: NO U


Article one: Peace

Both alliances agree to be awesome and to not take any aggressive action toward the other signatory. Should any aggressive action take place toward the other signatory, it will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

Article two: Intelligence

Both alliances agree to share any intelligence they may come upon, in a timely manner, that is vital to the safety of the other alliance.

Article three: AID

Both alliances agree to AID the other in a time of need. Also, it is encouraged, but not required, to AID the other signatory during wartime.

Article four: Optional Defense

Should any signatory find itself in a defensive war, they may request the other signatory to help out. It is encouraged, but not required, that the other signatory help in defense of its ally.

Article five: =(

Should either alliance decide they don't wub each other, or should they decide they would like to move in another direction, they are required to notify the other signatory 48 hours before they wish the pact to be terminated.
