WAY, WAAAY behind in his last batch of 50 tech. I've sent him countless messages while he's been dropping in and out of activity- all read and ignored. He switched alliances during this deal.

What can I do about this?

Yeah he sent my first 50 5 days after he switched alliance.

By what can I do, I mean I'm also wondering what this raidbait alliance is attached to.
