Granted, but one of the clauses in his contract is that if you're convicted of any crime, (which includes tickets for speeding, parking violations, ect.), he becomes freed. In such a case, you take on his debt, and if you can't pay it off you are sent to debtors court.  Three days after you receive him you are given a ticket for going 67 in a 45 zone. The servant's debt was $3.4 million.
