Ok so, here's what I gather will happen:

RIA-A will seperate from the RIA because of Spam, resulting in the RIA continuing to be at "ceasefire" with RIA-1 (from the last civil war), and open conflict with RIA-A.  As a result, Kenny will form the radical anti-spam terrorist group, RIA-I.

Fark will split into FARK-TV and FARK-U and support seperate sides of the RIA civil war.

Kaskus will come to the aid of RIA against RIA-A
