There isn't an uncleaned up version.  To my knowledge, they never shot the rape or the kids getting gunned down.  It was just Jim Carey complaining because the characters doing the fighting are kids (while the actual actors are older, Kick-ass is supposed to be 17, the girl is 12, Battle Man is 16, and Ass-Kick is 16).
