it does repeat 4evar.

It took abotu 10 or so hours.

First, i got an image from ireland, then I traced the cliffs.

I then added the water, and a gradient for the sky.

After that, I made the sunset as a shape-tween

For the stars, that was the hard part.

I had to create a symbol with a shape-tween inside it, then code it with actionscript to make them start on random frames within the symbol so they weren't out of sync.

the lighthouse is a shape-tween with shape-hints.

The mudkip is a general motion-tween with coding set to make it randomly appear.
