Use uTorrent, for one. Another thing could be too many peers with too less seeds. Or fail internet speeds, etc. Be patient, as Torrents take a long time.

Well, I haven't used Bitcomet, but most that I talk to agree that uTorrent's speeds are faster than most. I use to use Azureous, but it pales in comparison to uTorrent

NES: nestopia
SNES: I use SNES9x, though others use ZSNES. Just use minme
Genesis: Wouldn't know, don't emulate.
Gamboy: VirtualBoyAdvance, I believe, plays all 3.
