I've made a major stuff up.

I made a long term tech deal with a nation 10 days ago. It was a 50 tech for 1.5 million. The person gave me an extra $100,000. Whoever this was I deleted your foreign aid so I could send the tech but after I did it had a total brain-loss. i can't remember the name of the person. If you read this please send me an in-game message and I'll send it straight away.
