Whats to stop someone from overpowering the 10 british soldiers and using the missiles AGAINST the olympics?

The 4 snipers they didn't mention?  And presumably some kind of command code?  Just taking a stab at it but you're right they need to have some kind of control...

Well if they used them, there would probably be as much damage just from debris.  A sensible deterrent at least...
