I need tech today!

The last nuke I took dropped me below 500 tech so I can no longer buy lvl 9 planes.  I need to be able to replenish them for a last ditch attack / defend against a guy w/ 70 of them.  I can send the cash any time, but I have to have the first 50 tech today.  Anyone interested?

BTW, I was under the impression you would only get nuked every 24 hrs.  Is that not the case?  I got nuked twice 11 hrs apart.

The first time you can get nuked is 24 hours after the war is declared. After that it is just once a day.
