Trolling is an Art form.  You can't just use it as an excuse to be retarded.  Look at Leo and Abe, they are both some of the finest trolls the internet has ever seen, yet they are both incredibly competent during the times they aren't trolling.  A proper troll is someone who can balance the stupid with the funny and rage-inciting.  If someone is an annoying dick, they aren't trolling (even if they claim), they are just an annoying dick.  And if someone makes an ass out of them-self over and over, they are making an ass out of them-self, not trolling.
