Sounds to me like all you are doing is wasting time.  You are making a $3M/50 deal take 30 days instead of 20.  Seems like a waste of slots to me.

What happens is I essentially buy and send out 50 tech plus cash for 50 more, as it's pretty cheap for my nation to buy tech at the moment. Once it's sent I then buy tech while I can get it cheap again and then get the other tech sent back to me. I guess I could do $3m for 100 but I figure it's easier to get people to agree to $3m for 50 deals.

And yeah once I fill all the slots I'll send out messages to co-ordinate everyone.
