Title: buying tech

I'm looking to buy tech , or get into a 3x3 tech circle as a buyer

currently have 6 empty slots

1) I want to dedicate to Alliance aid
3) I want to dedicate for a 3x3 tech deal
1) I want to a 1x1 tech deal
1) I want to keep for emergency aid

Are you still looking for a seller?  I am in permanent trades now with others and want to fill my slots with permanents.  Let me know and I am ready to start on 27th.  I will track the schedule and let you know monthly what the pattern is.
