I haven't heard anyone use any name for it outside of the naming topics; since all naming topics are shit, I conclude that it currently has no name other than the generic ones.

I find the Bye-Polar one more relevant than the rest, but it doesn't really fit the requirement of being neutral (unless Polar actually disbands or something, then it would be a statement of fact).
