You'd be much better served to just take it out of the freezer and let it defrost naturally.  You probably don't have time to put it in the refrigerator, but would be plenty thawed at room temp.  You could also do it the way you would a whole turkey.  Put it in something waterproof and then put it in a water bath.

What Jenne said.  I would never waste a T-Bone by nuking it.  You can speed the defrosting process naturally up by submersing the meat in room temp water. 

God damnit, now I'm hungry for a steak!
