I'm probably going to write a news story detailing the history of everything attached to me getting modded in some form.

I was about to close the topic, and give my reasons. Here's what I was going to say:
Okay, I'm going to close this topic. Here's why:
1. Damen, you posted Flask's warn history in public view, which is seriously uncool. It's none of our business(assuming non-mod status) to be able to see that at all.
2. This is a personal matter, and it should not play out here. This kind of drama shouldn't be seen in the headquarters. Take it to IM or IRC or RI. ;>_> Preferably RI. Hehehe...
3. To bring such an argument to the Headquarters is to make mountains out of molehills. If it stays here, it'll always seem like a bigger deal than it truly is, and that will only hurt the chances of mutual resolution. I know you can work things out, but doing it here is like arguing in a boxing ring. A bad influence. o_o

In #RIA, everyone gets kicked. We have fucking op blocs, for chrissake. Warnings on this forum don't even achieve anything. I've had a joke warning for months, as have most members of the forums.

In #RIA, everyone gets kicked. We have fucking op blocs, for chrissake. Warnings on this forum don't even achieve anything. I've had a joke warning for months, as have most members of the forums.
Good answer. The only thing is, why mess with someone who clearly does not want to be messed with? Is it simple defiance? Or a hatred much deeper?

I cannot, in good conscience, allow a topic to go on in the headquarters that I believe is hurting the alliance. If I see this topic get out of hand like the last one did, I will close it. Right now it's not too bad.

I closed it because I thought you were going to speak with Damen privately, since he obviously wasn't coming back. Why leave a topic open like that?
We had reason to close it. We are doing our job, here, to keep fights out of the RIA HQ.
If you really want to continue this, you can take it to the Debate Forum. That's why it's there. But you must abide by its rules or get posting rights revoked.

damen is/can be an asshole, but here's the thing: there's assholes everywhere.
you gotta learn to ignore them and not get butt-hurt over it because at the end of the day it's not worth it...

That's not enough reason.
Keeping someone from #RIA is not what we're trying to do here. This problem can be fixed if you just ask.

We had no idea it was you. So Damen kicked you, you came back and started bitching. We had no idea why, and you were pulling Damen down too. So I kicked both of you, but you never came back to see that I kicked Damen too.

If someone's being an ass to you in #RIA or #RIA_Members (and this applies to everyone), send me a query on IRC, something on MSN/AIM, or a PM on here. Preferably with logs if I'm not already on IRC.

And that's no different from him kickbanning you for an extended amount of time for no reason, and to this I must respond.
