OK, here's the situation in Korinekia.  I have a harbor, 3 schools and an university.  I'll be reaching 6000 people in a couple days.  What should I build for an improvement.

In case you're wondering about the schools and University, I was planning on becoming a mini-tech farm, and grow myself with tech sale profits.  Unfortunately, since the war, very little tech buying is going on, and also sine I'm now at 85 tech (war gains) it no longer makes sense for me to sell tech.

Current income is $125 / citizen, $35/citizen going to taxes

If it was me, I'd get rid of the schools/unis, and buy banks to replace them. Once you fill out banks, go with factories. Then stadiums, then schools/unis.

yehh but destroying and rebuilding might slow u down a bit with ur strength level. just buy another university and start buying factories

No it won't.  He can collect the money from them first, then destroy them, then pay bills and buy factories.

He might loose a day's income, but he will grow a lot faster that way.

Destroy all, get 5 banks. Then, get 5 factories. After that, we'll talk.
