I'm sticking around in grad school for as long as I can simply because there aren't any jobs out there for me.

Sounds like you made a slick career move finding one of the few jobs still in demand.  My buddy just graduated from Hopkins with a Master's in applied math, and he can't get a job anywhere.  Congrats!

I am interested in forming five long-term trading relationships.  The arrangement is to be as follows:

1) I send you $3m.
2) Ten days later you send me 50 tech.
3) Ten days later you send me 50 tech.
4) Ten days later you send me 50 tech.
5) Repeat 1-4.

I am punctual with payments and expect the same.  I have five aid slots for partners at this moment.  Should war come, I may terminate one or more  of these arrangements, and any extra money left over is yours to keep.  I retain the right to end any trade at any time.  

You can expect this arrangement to last several months at least, until I am in a NS  range in which I can both purchase nuclear weapons and also have acquired all but the most expensive wonders.

I don't need this tech ASAP, and I'd rather have the aid slots of other people open for other things, so I'd just as soon do it this way.

I want 5 people to sign up.  I will give each of you $1.25m at the same time.  I'm giving away so much because I need this to be facilitated quickly.

In ten days, each of you will give me 50 tech.  It's very important that you don't forget because I very  much need a  top-level airforce to properly perform in the bRIgades.  It also is vital that you be quick about responding so I can hurry up and start helping the levy.

Your best bet would be to sell 200 tech at a slightly discounted price.  You can make  up to two million and save the bigger nations a long-term hassle.  And that is by far the most efficient use of five slots.
