Wasn't (s)he the room mate of Ananegg? Or am I thinking of someone else? Why do they talk strangely and whats their gender!?

Well, iirc there was a period of time Reoga left CN and the dude started up a new nation. Then that one went buh-bye and Reoga came back.

All I know is I stopped caring about the particulars a long time ago.
