I liked FireFox version 3.8 and then they had to get a new version 5.0 layout that looks like Opera's? Why? Why do companies like to force us into one style? I want to declare war on FireFox now.  :slapfight:

While I approve of FF dying, Opera > FF. At least Mozilla recognized this fact when they blatantly stole the UI.

i use FF 3.6... the solution to your problem mia is fairly simple... https://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html

problem solved.

you could also see if there is a firefox 3 theme or something for your version...

You can make FF look exactly like it did before. That's what I did. right click > customize and just drag everything to where you want it.

Also, 6.0 is unofficially out right now. Not that you assholes care. >_>

I use Chrome, I'm neutral to Opera, and I hate Firefox 4, 5, 6, 7, 800, etc.

Firefox 3 was fine.

They've gone kinda crazy with the numbers since 4. They make a few backend changes and slap a whole new main number on, instead of doing what every other developer does (or at least should) do and make changes that aren't huge follow the dot. From what I've heard, both 5 and 6 really should have just been 4 dot revisions.

Right click(like some empty space on the tab bar or something) You then have the option to add anything that's missing, or go to customize and just drag everything to literally anywhere you want it.
