When a joint was making the rounds, he often elbowed his way in, out of turn, shouted "Intercepted!," and took an extra hit. No one seemed to mind.

By the way, while this is funny, consider that if he had been busted for any of the pot or cocaine that he did, the laws and the atmosphere that he continues to uphold would absolutely not allow him to be literally the President of the United States.
