So Ukraine's gov is in a coalition with "Svoboda" or "Fatherland" which is an unabashedly far right nationalist group.

Their opponents in the east, the Donetsk People's Republic must hate fascism!  Well, actually they're also a far right nationalist group.

Basically everyone involved is to the right of Hitler.  :wacko:

I heard a rumor they were planning on forcing Jews to register.  Not sure if it is true because it does sound preposterous in this day and age.

It is a step in the right direction to forge a Ukraine where every Ukrainian can be proud to be a Ukrainian.

Saw that on CNN too. A colleague who sits across from me was born in Chernobyl, and her family moved to Crimea. She is half Russian. We have discussed a lot on the subject of nationalism, and there are definitely strong strains of it in the Uke population. That said, all evidence suggests that they don't really care about what's going on, since almost no one has died yet.

Never mind the uniforms. Their symbols, pictures, and choreography suck. What they need to even be taken in the same league as Hitler is a Leni Riefenstahl. Man, that was some epic shit.
