Heres my deal. I'll give you tech worth 2 million on the aid of 3 million. I'm a new nation have have currently only 3 tech.

What do you think? Please aid me as soon as possible as I am in need.... :smug:

That's how tech deals work.  They send you then cash now.  Then 10 days from you, you sent 50 tech.  Ten days later, you send another 50 tech.
