This is a just a little topic to let you know what the RIA is all about and what we aim to achieve in Cybernations.
The opening to the RIA ConstRItutions sums up our alliance pretty well.
The Random Insanity Alliance affirms its belief in the ideals of whatever it chooses to believe.
Umm yeah, we just like to have fun and do whatever we feel like.
Anyway we do have serious long term growth goals.
First the RIA would like to get sanctioned, which means getting in the top 12 alliances in Cybernations.
Secondly our current goal is to get 4000 nukes by the end of the year. So to help out the RIA it would be great for you to gear your nation to eventually getting nuclear weapons. When it comes to nukes, size matters.
