All RIAers are required to have a full stock of CMs at all times. Noone messes with an alliance that has full stock of CMs.

That reminds me, I have to catch up on Fairy Tail. Been a few weeks now so there must be a few episodes to watch. Though, it's not actually that good, just kinda funny.
