Title: Recruitment Strategy

In a clever departure from the past, we will try to recruit new RIA members from a previously untapped pool - the RIA itself.

I am gambling that we will get a better hit rate by trying to get the RIA to join us, and it could have the benefit of putting an end to our longstanding rift with them.

The only trouble I can foresee is that they will try a symmetrical strategy, which will nullify any gains we make.
