I've seen it. See, I used to be a janitor for this shady private sector 'security' firm that was on contract with the Feds. I was cleaning an office one night all alone when I bumped a computer they left on. And there it was.
I even took pictures with my cellphone but the government deleted them with their picture deleting satellites. Then they ruined my career and made my wife burritos me.

I think this really does exist, a catholic preist told my brother so and then put my address on a message board blog with phone # and home address cause he thought my brother was a conspiracy theorist but it was some other guy posting messages the preist didn't like. I assumed he just googled my brothers email addy and name and thats how he got that info but I could be wrong anyways there are tons of websites selling your info for cash intelus.com mylife.com spokeo.com addresses.com one of these sites tells everywhere publicly that you have lived how much money you make what your home value is and even if you've posted a photo of yourself on a social networking site also a snapshot of the street you live on from google street. Yes Big brother is watching and proxy servers can't save you.
