IndieGoGo is much better than kickstarter.  Kickstarter takes 10% flat rate, and also if you don't reach the goal, you get no money.  With indiegogo, if we don't reach the goal, we get the money we raised -9%, but also we can run the indiegogo an additional time (unlike with kickstarter).

In-N-Out Burger does to their managers. There's a base bonus range per level (for example, my level management was $200-$250, next was $400-$550, blah blah) that can range anywhere between 80% and 125%  of that number depending on the store's performance. Before I was demoted for something stupid I said, I was at the top range for my level of management.
