I meant it jokingly; either she takes it seriously and goes crazy thinking if she should leave the guy, or she stops bothering you with inappropriate offers. as long as you contradict it by being completely casual with her and moving on to other relationships it's a win win. if it were true though, I suppose that would be another matter.
