I agree with two parts of the changes.

Sex with minors should be punishable anyway.
And isn't a person who has aids and knowing this, has sex with someone, pretty much killing that someone?
Is not that akin to murder?
Other than that, a person's back door is theirs to let. Leave em be.

They can now punish people for running outreach programs. That means members of LGBT support groups (or really anyone the police accuse of helping gays) are subject to arrest.

Wow, man thats total bullshit, it really surprises me that in some places, these atrocities are a part of life... come on usa, get invading and stuff.
