I smell a shitstorm of the century on the horizon.

This will be huge if they win and the payoff's are going to be gigantic.  If they win the 1st case I'd assume they would go after WoW next.  With companies having to pay large legal bills look for them to charge the end user moar to recover their losses.  The consumer always ends up getting it in the ass.
