this is the menu for the place, we had the buffet though so i cant tell you what it was exactly. Anyhow, where are these recipes we were promised.
i had some weird green paste that you put on the fried tortilla. 0 hotness factor, 0 sexyness factor, not sure why i actually tried it.wtf? what was it called? Ive eaten through most of the country, never came across anything like this...
but im always down to try simple recipes. i do like spice though, dash of ghost pepper in my ramen is so damn good!
Not going to lie, i had some authentic Indian(and nepal) food recently. I was extremely not impressed.You know, come to think of it, my earlier statement, and yours, are very misleading...
