Well nationreaper pretty much summed it up for you, my only advise is to buy your tech in blocks of 10, it will be cheaper that way(max you can buy at once is 10, so you buy 10, then 10 more(now have 20) then 10 more(now you have 30) etc)

and at 1.4mil since he's being nice...thats about 600k for you(just be sure to buy all the tech first!!!!)

in my opinion, an easy way for tech is do some tech deals, (specifically deals without a middleman) as you will have enough for the 50 tech, then spending the rest on infra, benefiting from the 50 tech for 10 days, then send it out and repeat, you'll find it easeir to afford the 50 tech, faster growth, and when you stop(IE right now i'm at 1k infra jump making almost 200k a day, which is about 4 days for 50 tech? easy peasy) selling it off at 50(IE buying levels 0-50 and then selling for 1.25ish mil) is an amazing way to make some quick money and increase tech

very helpful for growing nations

save taxes and LC swap if you can.... better that way(save 5 days worth of bills, or 2 or w/e you want) then switch to LC's after your cycle switch them back out(make sure you have enough for this) and then collect
