Post by: morrison on July 04, 2012, 08:46:18 am: As a kid my favourite where triceratops and styracosaur. I also liked Diplodocus as it was easy to draw. and ankylosaur was dubbed the fullgrain bread dino by me because the drawings of is looked like German fully grain dark bread.
My fav aquatic ones was ichtyosaur
and Rhamphorhynchus my favourite flying one because it had a silly large head.
Pteranodon looked coolest though .
My fav short dinosaur was hypsolophodon though . barely taller than a modern shepherd dog.

Dude if you know those name off the top of your head, you are either still a kid, or a parent.

There's a LOT more dinosaurs now than when I was a kid. I also like the Nothosaurus.

PS. Mogar, that's not a real dinosaur, its just a drawing someone came up with after guessing the arrangement of a set of 100 million year old bones that didn't neccessarily come from the same animal. Oh. oh...

I have got a good memory. I do remember stuff that I learnt when i was a kid...
You are right though- the ones I remember still have the database of approx 1995. (I turned to astronomy when I was about 11)

I keep rooting for the 'sharpteeth', but they never seem to eat or at least bleed one of the little fuckers to death. I wish someone would make a parody #14, called 'The time of baby dinosaur eating'.
