The war

When is it probably effect the smaller nations, or will it at all?  Because throught my own stupidity put 1000 troops depolyed(half of what use to have) and now my nation is in anarcy untill I believe monday.

I'm not in your alliance so I can't speak for your govt but IMHO I find it very unlikely that you will be affected by the war personally.  

Deploying troops is also a bad move unless you plan on attacking someone.  It leaves less troops to defend your country so deploying for the sake of deploying is a bad idea.

When you do deploy troops pay attention to your in game screens.  It will say "Max soldier deployment XXXX or something like that."  Don't deploy more than that number.

While I'm on my soap box I should point out a few more things:
   You should be selling technology and use that money to buy infra so you should never have more than 50 tech on hand at any given time.  Finding tech buyers shouldn't be hard at all.
   Your next 5 improvements should be 5 factories

Doing those 2 things will help you buy lots more infra and start growing your nation.

Yeah I picked up 3 targets and have been laying the smack down to all 3 of them.  Got to fire my 1st nuke which was pretty epic, I just wished the war had started 8 days later then I could have fired it when my nation celebrated their 666th day of existance but ah well.  It's also nice talking to some of the guys you don't see around that often but when war is on they come crawling out of the woodwork and our forum gets a lot busier.
