And the Germans don't look that great with a few injuries and I think they lack enough truly world class players in their squad to make it to the final.

As Arsenal said, the Dutch will win it. Although Spain is a possible alternative

No matter that the Germans don't have the "World Class" players, they always have a habit of grinding their opponents down through economical play. Don't expect them to lose much, but wouldn't expect more than 1-0 wins either.
Dutch are a bit of a Dark Horse, but I expect them to go out at the Quarter-Finals.

Quarter-Finals will prove a difficult hurdle for the Dutch since they are most likely to face Brazil or Portugal at this stage, both of which present massive challenges to beat for any team.

The teams Im gotta be looking at are:
-Mexico (land of my people and I expected them to go to 16, if not, then all the way)
-England (the underdogs of the World Cup who will go far in my opinion)
-The US (very shocked we have a good team, but I dont see them getting passed the 16, or even reaching it for that matter)
-Japan (idk why)

Don't get your hopes up for Mexico. They're not that great and I wouldn't be surprised if South Africa is able to keep them out of the knockout stage.

Chile is where it's at. They might be able to make it to the quarters if their lucky, but they'll probably just make it to the knockout stage. The US, while I would usually doubt them, could be a sleeper. The only reason I say that is because we've seen what they're capable of. Remember last year when they upset Spain and nearly beat Brazil? I guess anything's possible when this team realizes their potential.

SA wil go far in the tournament but wont win

You can't really compare South Africa's Rugby achievements to football. The fact is South Africa lacks quality players to make a decent impact on this competition. However their group isn't that bad so they have a chance to make it to the last 16. Still, I'm expecting them to crash out in the group stages.
But maybe tonight's match will have me eating my own words.

Eh, I expect the South Africa/Mexico game to be good, but I don't expect it to make me suddenly change my opinion of either team. Only way it could do that is if one side utterly dominates the other.

Nothing conclusive, but the home crowd seems to do the Saffers some good.

Fuck, first two games ended up as draws, some bad refereeing in the second (Uruguay vs France), Uruguay did way better than i expected them to, who knows, they might have even won had it not been for the red card, i dislike France, they cheat.

The results of the first was pretty expected, mexico was the better team but RSA had the massive advantage of home ground and crowd support. Towards the latter half of the game, they looked like they couldn't go wrong, mexico was pretty lucky RSA defense pulled a boner when it did. 79th fucking minute.

Frankly it wasn't too bad, Uruguay made some fantastic comebacks against France in the latter half of the game, i just wanted to see France get their ass handed to them by an underdog, i wasn't COMPLETELY disappointed.
But yeah, bad refereeing.

I don't think that reflects how good Uruguay is, just how poorly France is playing at the moment.
