Title: Fastest Way to 75 Tech

I'm doing FAC tech trades, and I was wondering if anyone knew the least expensive way to get 75 tech.

Why do you need to get to 75 tech?  You can still only send 50 at a time.

No it does not.  It only raises the cash limit.  $4.5M/150 deals will be $4.5M/50/50/50.

Still saves slots. $4.5 -> 50 tech -> 50 tech -> 50 tech (150 in 4) is quicker than $3 -> 50 tech -> 50 tech (100 in 3).

Also, in the case of war, it allows us to pump nations full of money much quicker which will be a huge advantage.
