Short story short, I want to build a decent airforce and the sooner I do it, the better.
I'll try the basic deal, but I'm accepting suggestions. 3 million to seller, 200k for each middleman. I send the 3m to the seller, he buys 50 tech and sends it to the Middleman. Buys more 50, sends to other middleman. Repeat. Ten days later I send the payment to each middleman.
And do this two more times. This will take some time, so when you offer say if you're going to do it long-term(Two or more deals) or short-term(one deal).

Just sent 50 tech to Vice Man.
I made a lot of mistakes and am going to have to wait 10 days to send tech off to the other two. I bought a Foreign Ministry just for this deal so I think things should work out and everything should be right in two weeks time.

Bunraku's last aid slot should expire tommorrow, I'll send 3 millions, the deal will run usually and on the day of the payement I'll send 400k for Vice Man.

Took Bunraku's finest tech, kept it, and sent Samunation my 50 oldest and crappiest tech.
Hope he won't notice...

Aw, damn. It's okay, in a long deal it's no surprise if shit happens and someone needs to leave.
And for some reason my last tech came with a "Best Used Before 1959" sign

I'm also adding 100k to the middleman fee of those who are staying for the next stage of the deal, making it 300k. Will add more 100k in the next stage for the "veterans".
