I'm getting my first tattoo a week from Sunday(my 18th birthday), but I can't find the design I like. I know what I want, a phoenix on my left pec leading to my shoulder.
 
In a way, like that. Anyway anone wanna try to make a design for me, I'm going to the tattoo parlor Saturday, so I need it by then, otherwise I hope he can draw it.

The tribal ones are cool.  The curving one probably would work better for the area you are looking for.

My wife got her first tattoo last year.  It took 6 hours, but well worth it.  It looks awesome.  I thought she was going to pass out when they were going the outline of the wings.

Mine sucks.  He missed a couple details, and it needs to be filled.  I should have known not to go with the cheapest place I could find.
