Title: What are people watching?
Post by: Arsenal 10 on August 21, 2012, 01:36:45 am: I just finished Claymore and thought it was alright. Loved the idea behind the world, but the ending left me a bit disappointed. I feel like I need to read the manga, but not sure if I can be bothered.

I'm also up-to-date on Sword Art Online and think the show is great. Again, awesome idea and I like the characters (the main dude isn't a fucktard like in most anime).

Also starting Legend of Korra because the Legend of Ang was amazing.

So what are other people watching? Anything I should keep an eye out for?

Haven't seen them. It's on the list though. My anime watching is very sporadic with uni.

Yeah, I have fullmetal alchemist downloaded, but my flat mates complain when I watch it so I never finished it.

Korra is great, but if falls short in too many places. It was originally planned to just be the 12 episodes so there's a lack of character development and a bleh ending. I hated the whole love triangle plot too.

I haven't really been watching any anime in the last few years though. I don't know if I'm just not interested in it anymore or if all the new stuff really is just shit.

But I'm loving D.Gray-man, but only watch it if you can stand HEAPS of filler, I mean shed loads.
Also loved Black cat even if the ending is pretty odd...

Yeah, it started off great, but has gotten a bit off track recently... I think they rushed through it way too fast.
