I dunno pretty sure fast food chains can fire anyone for whatever reason. That person seems like they would work there

depends what state, in Nebraska any employer can fire anyone they hired for any reason so long as its not outright discrimination. And even if it is, you have to take them to court and prove it.

It is not discrimination, and it is called at-will employment.

As a Unit Production Manager, I also love it. I've had to fire people on set before, and it's really good that I have the "At will employee" part of the contract. Otherwise, it could get problematic.
