I need two sellers. The first one will get the money today, the second one on Wednesday.

UPDATE: I still need two sellers. I can send $3,000,000 to the first one today, the second one will have to wait until tomorrow.

What's the problem with you all? This is an insanely good deal. For someone with no tech 50 tech costs about $850,000 (less if you have gold, even less if you have microchips), so in total you would be spending only $1,700,000 out of those $3,000,000. That's a profit of $1,300,000 (again, more if you have gold, and even more if you have microchips) for you. That's a lot for a small nation.
