Im not nuclear, no. Im still not sure why I would use 75k fuel resources for a nuke... and to be honest, nobody on the PC version does FOB missions anyhow. (literally nothing to gain from what i can tell in the long run)

Hero Points increase the stats of volunteers and increase the chances of finding soldiers with high stats

Having hero status let's you invade FOBs that have nukes

Otherwise, you can not invade an FOB with a nuke

A nuke is used in retaliation for an attack. They are used to destroy people's entire FOB and sending them back to nothing. All soldiers in the platforms die too. Except the direct contract ones of course.

But yeah they are a pretty big deal.


And if you aren't aware.... It's possible a new ending or new content in general is unlocked when all nuclear missiles in the world are disarmed. I'm assuming it's on a system by system base.

There is a group you can join called Philanthropy that is trying to destroy all nukes however on PC with it's rampant cheating I'm assuming it'll be impossible
