That would be because it seems to be turned off (thus only available to admins) for some reason. No clue why though. It seems like a decent skin.

I'm trying out Ghoztcraft for a few hours. Its not too bad at all but the font for reply's and editting blows. Otherwise its a lot better than Jet.
