Wrong. No matter where you live in America, you are sent a form for the military draft the moment you turn 18 if you are male. They can and will arrest you for not having it filled out. While the draft itself was disbanded in the 70s/80s, the form is still used for numerous other legal applications, eg. jury duty.


On the topic at hand, every empire is "evil..." An alliance could be good, or it could be bad.

Yeah, for now I have no laptop since mine died a few days ago (okay, so I murdered it, whatcha gonna do 'bout it bitch!?)... so for a while I'm going to have very-limited access to the Internet itself. I'll be able to check on my nation and all, just won't be active for a while.

Best: Final Fantasy XI w/ all expansion packs, Mass Effect, Heavenly Sword, Resident Evil 4 (PS2 specifically-nominated), F.E.A.R., and Haunting Ground

Worst: World of Warcraft, Ace Combat 6, Silent Hill (the first 2, never played the rest), Final Fantasy IX, Goldeneye, and The Sopranoes (PS2)
