examining the video reveals that the opponent's Ken's Ultra was labeled as a "Reversal". This means that I was the first to do the Ultra despite the fact that his move animation started first. I beat him by a literal single frame.

and i mean i saw him trying to do his ultra a mile away. like god, he plays Ken.
