My sister just got into this alliance according to her but she can't log on to the forums
she entered her correct username and password but it wouldn't log her on
any suggestions?

Assuming that she is typing everything correctly...

1. What browser are you using? If you're using Firefox, try going on IE, and vice versa.
2. You might want to try resetting the settings of your browser.

Try to refer to the log in confirmation site that was sent to her e-mail.

I'd notify the admins that multiple people are using the same IP.  Otherwise you're inviting trouble.
