Title: Post War Rebuilding(Selling Tech)

RI5 Says i should be "selling tech at my size" so here i am. After the war, it left me at 1k Infra and 100 Tech.
Willing to do 3mil / 100 tech, but if anyone wants to do 3mil / 50 tech, it'd be dandy.

I have 5 slots open. :)

I don't know anyone doing 3M for 50 tech. I may have a slot available. I'm waiting to hear from one more nation.
