Just to let you know mate, the going rate is 3 mil / 100 tech. You will be much more likely to find a trade if you're at that rate.

I know actually. But I had a big out flow of technology during last two weeks and I had to spend a lot of money on rebuying it (instead of investing in infrastructure, which is what I was going to do). So now I'm looking for this kind of deals, at least for a short time.

Luckly I was able to find already 3 partnes at that rate, and one at the "normal" rate.

Thanks anyways, if you have other suggestions about tech trading, let me know. I have so much to learn about this game.

It's usually not all that hard to find buyers at the higher rate. 


You should not be stockpiling tech.  Unless we are at war, as a seller you should never have more than 50 tech on hand at one time.  Even if you have multiple deals going, buy up to 50 and make all offers.  When one accepts, rebuy up to 50 and repeat.  This ensures you are always paying the best price for your tech.  Also, be sure to buy at the optimal increments, 4.5,10,10,10,10,5.5 to take advantage of the step jumps in price.
