Random tech deal

Hello,
On the 31st of august i recieved an aid offer for a tech deal from a different alliance.
Ruler: KingJustinXIII
Alliance: Alchemy

Pardon me if i miss somthing on the forums. Am i allowed to accept tech deals from other alliances? I couldnt find alchemy on the allies list(unless i missed something again).

Yeah, you can tech deal with whoever you want. So feel free to accept the money.

Of course, we would prefer it if you did deals with RIA nations instead.

No problem. I'm pretty sure we do have an internal tech deal program if you're interested. It sends you automatic reminders on the forums when to send tech/money and will be with other RIAers.

your nation is not in condition to buy tech you should be tech seller at this condition.just stop buying tech for now sell all the tech you have.when you reach 0 or 0.5 get long term  buyer @ rate of 3mil/100 tech. save money & use it for buying infra & improvement.buy infra above 3500 then think abt buying tech.
its shortest way to grow faster.@ your level tech is useful only during wars so better you sell it with little loss and start getting profit as soon as you can.if interested you can act as middle man for me.and earn few bugs.
